1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the Department of Human
2 Services.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The amount of $4,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department
7 of Human Services for a grant to the Illinois Facilities
8 Fund, a not-for-profit organization, to establish a revolving
9 loan program for building improvements and expansions of
10 Illinois not-for-profit organizations that work in service
11 partnerships with the State of Illinois.
12 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
13 1, 1997.
