1 AN ACT to amend the Department of Human Services Act by
2 changing Section 10-20.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Department of Human Services Act is
6 amended by changing Section 10-20 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 1305/10-20)

9 delayed effective date)
10 Sec. 10-20. Hemophilia treatment grants. The Department
11 may make grants to public and private organizations from the
12 Hemophilia Treatment Fund for purposes of treatment of
13 hemophilia within the State of Illinois.
