1 AN ACT to amend the Township Code by changing Section
2 90-30.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Township Code is amended by changing
6 Section 90-30 as follows:
7 (60 ILCS 1/90-30)
8 Sec. 90-30. Application. Notwithstanding any provisions
9 of this Article to the contrary, this Article has no
10 application to the office of township assessor in townships
11 described in this Article that are situated in counties with
12 a population of 500,000 or more.
