1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Municipal Code by changing
2 Section 2-2-1.1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Municipal Code is amended by
6 changing Section 2-2-1.1 as follows:
7 (65 ILCS 5/2-2-1.1) (from Ch. 24, par. 2-2-1.1)
8 Sec. 2-2-1.1. Immobile dwelling. As used in this Division
9 2, "immobile dwelling" means any dwelling place except a
10 tent, camp trailer, house car, or house trailer whether or
11 not such tent, camp trailer, house car, or house trailer is
12 placed on a foundation or otherwise permanently affixed to
13 the realty.
