1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Income Tax Act by changing
2 Section 1106.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Income Tax Act is amended by
6 changing Section 1106 as follows:
7 (35 ILCS 5/1106) (from Ch. 120, par. 11-1106)
8 Sec. 1106. Nonliability for Costs. The Department shall
9 not be required to furnish any bond nor to make a deposit for
10 or pay any costs or fees of any court or officer thereof in
11 any legal proceedings under pursuant to the provisions of
12 this Act.
