The Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business 6 Practices Act is amended by changing Section 11 as follows: 7 (815 ILCS 505/11) (from Ch. 121 1/2, par. 271) 8 Sec. 11. If any provision of this Act or the application 9 of that provisionthereofto any person or circumstance is 10 held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other 11 provisions or applications of the Act which can be given 12 effect without the invalid provision or application and to 13 this end the provisions of this Act are severable. 14 (Source: Laws 1961, p. 1867.)
