2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1780 on page 12, by
3 replacing line 30 with "fully implemented within 3 fiscal
4 years, the vendors shall receive a rate increase of 21%, and
5 thereafter the"; and
6 on page 16, line 33, by replacing "Personal" with "Beginning
7 with fiscal year 1998 and fully implemented within 3 fiscal
8 years, personal care attendants shall receive a wage increase
9 of 21%, and thereafter personal".
