technical change to the Section concerning benefits for

1 AN ACT to amend the Children and Family Services Act by
2 changing Section 8b.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Children and Family Services Act is
6 amended by changing Section 8b as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 505/8b) (from Ch. 23, par. 5008b)
8 Sec. 8b. Homeless persons. No homeless person eligible
9 to receive benefits or services from the Department shall, by
10 reason of his or her status as a homeless person, be excluded
11 from participation in, be denied benefits under or be
12 subjected to discrimination under any program or activity
13 provided by the Department.
