1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1819
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1819 on page 27, by
3 replacing lines 6 through 13 with the following:
4 "a municipality must have a population with a median family
5 income that is not greater than 65% of the median family
6 income of the county in which the riverboat docks or in which
7 the land-based casino is located.".
