Amends the Toll Highway Act to require the Illinois State
Toll Highway Authority to establish a system for the issuance
of tickets that would allow a driver not to pay a toll or
charge until the driver exits the toll highway.

1 AN ACT to amend the Toll Highway Act by adding Section
2 36.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Toll Highway Act is amended by adding
6 Section 36 as follows:
7 (605 ILCS 10/36 new)
8 Sec. 36. Tickets. The Authority shall establish a
9 system for the issuance of tickets that would allow a driver
10 not to pay a toll or charge until the driver exits the toll
11 highway.
