1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1852
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1852, AS AMENDED,
3 by inserting after the end of Section 160 the following:
4 "Section 165. No part of the money appropriated by this
5 Act for grant programs shall be utilized by the State Board
6 of Education for personal services, related benefits, or
7 contractual personnel.".
