1 AN ACT to amend the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan
2 Act by changing Section 1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act
6 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
7 (215 ILCS 105/1) (from Ch. 73, par. 1301)
8 Sec. 1. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
9 cited as the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act.
