1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1938
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 1938 by inserting
3 in its proper numerical sequence among the Sections of the
4 bill the following:
5 "Section 7.90. The amount of $300,000, or so much thereof
6 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of
7 Public Health to fund the Osteoporosis Prevention and
8 Education Program created under P.A. 88-622.
9 Section 7.91. The amount of $500,000, or so much thereof
10 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of
11 Public Health for a grant to the Department on Aging for the
12 Senior Benefits Advocacy Program.
13 Section 7.92. The amount of $2,000,000, or so much
14 thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the
15 Department of Public Health for a grant to the Department of
16 Public Aid for the Domestic Violence Program.
17 Section 7.93. The amount of $500,000, or so much thereof
18 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of
19 Public Health for grants for programs to benefit juvenile
20 victims of sexual assault.

1 Section 7.94. The amount of $3,000,000, or so much
2 thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated to the
3 Department of Public Health for the AIDS Prevention Program.
4 Section 7.95. The amount of $400,000, or so much thereof
5 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of
6 Public Health for reinstatement of the Commission on the
7 Status of Women.
8 Section 7.96. The amount of $200,000, or so much thereof
9 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of
10 Public Health for a grant to Wellness House.
11 Section 7.97. The amount of $200,000, or so much thereof
12 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of
13 Public Health for a grant to Barrington Youth Services.
14 Section 7.98. The amount of $200,000, or so much thereof
15 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of
16 Public Health for a grant to the Illinois Council on
17 Alcoholism and Substance Abuse.
18 Section 7.99. The amount of $200,000, or so much thereof
19 as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of
20 Public Health for a grant to the Lake County Council on
21 Alcoholism and Substance Abuse.".
