Makes appropriations to the Court of Claims for payment
of awards and recommendations made by the Court of Claims.

1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The following named amount is appropriated to
5 the Court of Claims from the Road Fund to pay the following
6 claim in conformity with awards and recommendations made by
7 the Court of Claims as follows:
8 No. 86-CC-0870, Fruin-Colnon Corporation and
9 Granite Construction, Known as the Joint
10 Venture, - Contract, damages suffered from
11 the Department of Transportation in
12 construction of the Jefferson Barracks
13 Bridge ....................................... $4,934,139.00
14 Section 10. Effective Date. This Act takes effect upon
15 becoming law.
