Makes appropriations or reappropriations or both to the
Illinois Farm Development Authority for fiscal year 1998.

1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 ARTICLE 8
5 Section 1. The sum of $4,079,400, or so much thereof as
6 may be necessary and remains unexpended at the close of
7 business on June 30, 1997, from reappropriations heretofore
8 made in Article 60, Section 1 of Public Act 89-0501, is
9 reappropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois
10 Farm Development Authority for transfer to the Illinois
11 Agricultural Loan Guarantee Fund.
12 Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
13 July 1, 1997.
