1 AN ACT to amend the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois
2 by changing Section 46.2.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
6 amended by changing Section 46.2 as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 605/46.2) (from Ch. 127, par. 46.2)
8 Sec. 46.2 Formulation of plans. To formulate plans for
9 the economic development of the State of Illinois.
