2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2107, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 12, line 15, by replacing "excess payments
5 may" with the following:
6 "exceed credits received in any year, the excess payment may
7 be"; and
8 on page 13, line 20, by changing "B" to "(B)"; and
9 on page 13, line 23, by changing "(D)" to "(b)"; and
10 on page 13, line 33, by changing "(b)(1)" to "(1)"; and
11 on page 19, line 2, after "tax", by inserting "credit".
