1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Income Tax Act by changing
2 Section 913.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Income Tax Act is amended by
6 changing Section 913 as follows:
7 (35 ILCS 5/913) (from Ch. 120, par. 9-913)
8 Sec. 913. Access to Books and Records. All books and
9 records and other papers and documents that which are
10 required by this Act to be kept shall, at all times during
11 business hours of the day, be subject to inspection by the
12 Department or its duly authorized agents and employees.
