Appropriates $75,000 to the Department of Transportation
for a grant to the Village of Oblong for the lake dredging
project at the park district. Effective immediately.

1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Department of
2 Transportation.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The amount of $75,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department
7 of Transportation for a grant to the Village of Oblong for
8 the lake dredging project at the park district.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
10 becoming law.
