1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Department of
2 Transportation.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The amount of $40,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department
7 of Transportation for a grant to Jasper County for the
8 raising of local road 5274 West 2000 Avenue.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
10 becoming law.
