Appropriates $3,000,000 to the Capital Development Board
from the Capital Development Fund for a grant to the Chicago
International Port District for all costs associated with the
planning and construction of a marina and associated
recreational facilities and necessary appurtentent
infrastructure improvements. Effective immediately.

1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Capital Development
2 Board.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $3,000,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Capital
7 Development Board from the Capital Development Fund for a
8 grant to the Chicago International Port District for all
9 costs associated with the planning and construction of a
10 marina and associated recreational facilities and necessary
11 appurtentent infrastructure improvements.
12 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
13 becoming law.
