Appropriates $400,000 from the Road Fund to the
Department of Transportation for all costs associated with
widening Touhy Avenue between Harlem Avenue and Milwaukee
Avenue and installing traffic control signals on Harlem
Avenue south of Touhy Avenue in the Village of Niles in Cook
County. Effective July 1, 1998.

1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $400,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the
6 Department of Transportation for all costs associated with
7 widening Touhy Avenue between Harlem Avenue and Milwaukee
8 Avenue and installing traffic control signals on Harlem
9 Avenue south of Touhy Avenue in the Village of Niles in Cook
10 County.
11 Section 99. This Act takes effect on July 1, 1998.
