Amends the School Code. Changes a reference to regional
superintendents, replacing it with a reference to regional
superintendents of schools.

1 AN ACT to amend the School Code by changing Section
2 13A-10 as follows:
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing
6 Section 13A-10 as follows:
7 (105 ILCS 5/13A-10)
8 Sec. 13A-10. Alternative School Programs in Class II
9 Counties. The executive director of educational service
10 centers located in Class II counties outside a city of
11 500,000 or more inhabitants shall, for the educational
12 service center area, perform the duties assigned by this
13 Article to regional superintendents of schools.
