1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2624
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2624 by replacing
3 the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT to amend the Mental Health and Developmental
5 Disabilities Administrative Act."; and
6 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
7 following:
8 "Section 5. The Mental Health and Developmental
9 Disabilities Administrative Act is amended by changing
10 Section 3 as follows:
11 (20 ILCS 1705/3) (from Ch. 91 1/2, par. 100-3)
12 Sec. 3. Powers, duties, and responsibilities. In
13 addition to the powers, duties and responsibilities which may
14 be otherwise provided by law, the Department shall have the
15 powers enumerated in this Act.
