a stylistic change in provisions regarding availability of
funds to carry out the provisions of the Act.

1 AN ACT to amend the Pest and Predatory Animal Control Act
2 by changing Section 4.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Pest and Predatory Animal Control Act is
6 amended by changing Section 4 as follows:
7 (410 ILCS 90/4) (from Ch. 8, par. 234)
8 Sec. 4. The agreement provided for in Section 1 of this
9 Act hereof and the continuation of such agreement shall be
10 contingent upon the availability of funds appropriated by the
11 Congress of the United States and the General Assembly of the
12 State of Illinois.
