230 ILCS 5/3.08 from Ch. 8, par. 37-3.08
Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975. Provides
that, for purposes of the Act, the term minor means an
individual under the age of 18 years rather than an
individual under the age of 17 years.

1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 by
2 changing Section 3.08.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 is
6 amended by changing Section 3.08 as follows:
7 (230 ILCS 5/3.08) (from Ch. 8, par. 37-3.08)
8 Sec. 3.08. "Minor" means any individual under the age of
9 18 17 years.
