1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2812
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2812 on page 1, in
3 line 8, by inserting "and malfeasance" after "duty"; and
4 on page 1, by replacing lines 12 through 14 with the
5 following:
6 "Penalty. If any recorder shall willfully fail to perform any
7 duty imposed upon him by this Division, he shall be guilty of
8 malfeasance in office, and shall be punished accordingly.,
9 and".
