1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2899
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 2899 on page 2,
3 lines 16 and 30 by inserting "as defined in subsection (e) of
4 Section 9-3 of the Criminal Code of 1961 wherever it appears
5 after "homicide"; and
6 on page 3, by replacing lines 8 and 9 with the following:
7 "other drug, aggravated kidnapping,";and
8 on page 3, line 25, by inserting "as defined in subsection
9 (e) of Section 9-3 of the Criminal Code of 1961" after
10 "homicide"; and
11 on page 4, line 13, by inserting "as defined in subsection
12 (e) of Section 9-3 of the Criminal Code of 1961" after
13 "homicide"; and
14 on page 11, line 26, by inserting "as defined in subsection
15 (e) of Section 9-3 of the Criminal Code of 1961" after
16 "homicide"; and
17 on page 12, line 17, by inserting "as defined in subsection
18 (e) of Section 9-3 of the Criminal Code of 1961" after
19 "homicide".
