Appropriates $2,000,000 to the Board of the Comprehensive
Health Insurance Plan to fund a premium subsidy. Effective

1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $2,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Board of the Comprehensive Health
7 Insurance Plan to fund a premium subsidy program established
8 by the Board under Section 4 of the Comprehensive Health
9 Insurance Plan Act.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
11 1, 1998.
