1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3026
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3026 on page 3, by
3 replacing lines 1 through 9 with the following:
4 "declaration. It shall be the duty of the person filling out
5 the real estate transfer declaration to furnish to the buyer
6 a copy of the information specified below if (i) the person
7 filling out the declaration is not the buyer, (ii) multiple
8 parcels are conveyed, and (iii) at least one of the parcels
9 is identified on the declaration as a residence. The
10 information to be provided from the completed and signed
11 declaration shall be all the permanent real estate index
12 numbers, the address to which the tax bill is to be mailed,
13 and the legal description of the property so transferred.
14 The copy shall be sent to the buyer, by certified mail,
15 return receipt requested. In".
