2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3030 on page 5, by
3 replacing lines 30 and 31 with the following:
4 "hold a retailer's license; (iii)"; and
5 on page 5, line 32, by deleting "(iv)"; and
6 on page 5, line 34, by replacing "and (v)" with "; and (iv)".
