Appropriates $1,000,000 to the State Board of Education

grade 6 attendance centers of school districts. Effective

1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the State Board of
2 Education.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the State
7 Board of Education for grants to support music programs in
8 kindergarten through 6 attendance centers of school
9 districts.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
11 1, 1998.
