305 ILCS 5/12-4.103 new
Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that the
Department of Human Services shall implement a pilot program
for inter-generational day care centers. The pilot program
shall consist of 6 day care center locations: 2 located in a
municipality with a population of more than 500,000 , 2
located in counties that are contiguous to a county with a
population of more than 3,000,000, and 2 located in any other
area of the State.

1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Public Aid Code by adding
2 Section 12-4.103.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 (305 ILCS 5/12-4.103 new)
6 Sec. 12-4.103. Inter-generational day care pilot
7 program. The Department of Human Services shall implement a
8 pilot program for inter-generational day care centers. The
9 pilot program shall consist of 6 day care center locations:
10 2 located in a municipality with a population of more than
11 500,000, 2 located in counties that are contiguous to a
12 county with a population of more than 3,000,000, and 2
