2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3170 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
4 "AN ACT to amend the Illinois Controlled Substances Act
5 by changing Sections 401 and 402."; and
6 on page 3, line 26, by changing "25" to "15"; and
7 on page 5, by deleting lines 33 and 34; and
8 on page 6, by deleting lines 1 through 8; and
9 on page 6, by deleting lines 21 through 23; and
10 on page 7, by replacing line 13 with the following:
11 "(6.5) 5 grams or more but less than 15 grams of"; and
12 on page 8, line 13, by changing "or" to "or"; and
13 on page 8, line 14, by inserting after "thereof," the
14 following:
15 "or (iii) any substance containing methamphetamine or any
16 salt or optical isomer of methamphetamine, or an analog
17 thereof,"; and
18 on page 11, line 3, by changing "25" to "15"; and
19 on page 13, by deleting lines 30 through 32; and
