Appropriates $100,000 to the State Board of Education for

1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the State Board of
2 Education.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $100,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the State
7 Board of Education for the distribution of a cost of
8 instruction grant in connection with the implementation of a
9 community-based job training/placement and adult secondary
10 education program under Section 2-2.5 of the Adult Education
11 Act.
12 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
13 1, 1998.
