1 AN ACT to amend the Unified Code of Corrections by
2 changing Section 3-12-11a.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Unified Code of Corrections is amended by
6 changing Section 3-12-11a as follows:
7 (730 ILCS 5/3-12-11a) (from Ch. 38, par. 1003-12-11a)
8 Sec. 3-12-11a. Food production facilities. The
9 Department shall establish, operate and maintain food
10 production facilities whereby the Department shall employ
11 committed persons to grow or produce as much food as is
12 practicable for consumption within its institutions.
