1 AN ACT to amend the Environmental Protection Act by
2 changing Section 3.20.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Environmental Protection Act is amended
6 by changing Section 3.20 as follows:
7 (415 ILCS 5/3.20) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1003.20)
8 Sec. 3.20. Landscape waste. "Landscape waste" means all
9 accumulations of grass or shrubbery cuttings, leaves, tree
10 limbs and other materials accumulated as the result of the
11 care of lawns, shrubbery, vines and trees.
