1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3262
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3262 as follows:
3 on page 15, line 13, after "34.", by inserting "One of the
4 parents and one of the representatives of the business
5 community so appointed shall be members of the Democratic
6 party and the other parent and representative of the business
7 community shall be members of the Republican party."; and
8 on page 18, immediately below line 7, by inserting the
9 following:
10 "(3.5) renew certificates of teachers employed by a
11 school district subject to Article 34;"; and
12 on page 24, line 22, by replacing "1999" with "2000 1999";
13 and
14 on page 24, line 23, by replacing "2001" with "2002 2001";
15 and
16 on page 27, line 27, by replacing "7 5" with "5".
