1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3406
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3406, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment
4 No. 1, on page 6, line 4, after "Governor,", by inserting the
5 following:
6 "except as otherwise provided herein,"; and
7 on page 6, line 10, after the period, by inserting the
8 following:
9 "Approval of the Governor is not required for issuances of
10 bonds or notes as to which the Bank has determined that
11 subsection (c) of Section 2-6 shall not apply."; and
12 on page 6, by replacing line 26, with the following:
13 "$200,000,000 $150,000,000. No more than $50,000,000
14 $25,000,000 in aggregate original".
