1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3407
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3407 on page 1, by
3 replacing line 9 with the following:
4 "(a) The Authority, with the written approval of the
5 Governor, except as otherwise provided herein,"; and
6 on page 1, line 10, by deleting "Governor,"; and
7 on page 1, line 21, before "For", by inserting the following:
8 "Written approval of the Governor is not required for
9 issuances of bonds, notes, or other evidences of indebtedness
10 as to which the Authority has determined that subsection (f)
11 of this Section shall not apply.".
