1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3461
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3461, AS AMENDED,
3 in Section 5, by replacing Sec. 57-5 with the following:
4 "(70 ILCS 200/57-5 new)
5 Sec. 57-5. Definitions. When used in this Article:
6 "Authority" means the Chicago Southland Civic Center
7 Authority.
8 "Board" means the governing and administrative body of
9 the Chicago Southland Civic Center Authority.
10 "Metropolitan area" means all that territory in the State
11 of Illinois lying within the corporate boundaries of the
12 following municipalities: Argo/Summit, Beecher, Bridgeview,
13 Burnham, Calumet City, Calumet Park, Chicago Heights, Country
14 Club Hills, Crete, Dixmoor, Dolton, East Hazel Crest,
15 Flossmoor, Ford Heights, Forest View, Frankfort, Glenwood,
16 Grant Park, Harvey, Hazel Crest, Hickory Hills, Homewood,
17 Justice, Lansing, Lemont, Lockport, Lynwood, Manhattan,
18 Manteno, Markham, Matteson, Mokena, Momence, Monee, New
19 Lenox, Olympia Fields, Orland Hills, Orland Park, Palos
20 Hills, Park Forest, Peotone, Phoenix, Richton Park,
21 Riverdale, Robbins, Sauk Village, South Chicago Heights,
22 South Holland, Steger, Thornton, Tinley Park, University
23 Park, and Willow Springs."; and

2 replacing "Chairman of the Cook County Board of
3 Commissioners" with "President of the Cook County Board of
4 Commissioners"; and

6 replacing "President of the Will County Board" with "Chairman
7 of the Will County Board".
