Provides that a distributor of wine or spirits shall deliver to any retail establishment within the geographic area in which the distributor permits the sale of its trade mark, brand, or name at wholesale at least once every 2 weeks if the retailer agrees to purchase at least $50 of wine or spirits from the distributor every 2 weeks. The Liquor Control Act of 1934 is amended by 6 adding Section 6-9.1 as follows: 7 (235 ILCS 5/6-9.1 new) 8 Sec. 6-9.1. Deliveries to retail establishments. A 9 distributor of wine or spirits shall deliver to any retailer 10 within any geographic area in which that distributor has 11 granted to a wholesaler the right to sell its trade mark, 12 brand, or name at least once every 2 weeks if the retailer 13 agrees to purchase at least $50 of wine or spirits from the 14 distributor every 2 weeks. 15 If a retailer does not wish to accept delivery at its 16 retail establishment, the retailer may designate an 17 alternative delivery site within the distributor's geographic 18 area to which the distributor must make delivery if that site 19 has been approved in advance by the State Commission.
