1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3564
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 3564 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 1 and 2 with the following:
4 "AN ACT in relation to defibrillators."; and
5 on page 1, by inserting after line 4 the following:
6 "Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
7 State Building Portable Heart Defibrillator Act.
8 Section 3. Portable heart defibrillator required in
9 certain buildings. Any building which is owned or operated
10 by the State of Illinois, is open to the public, and has an
11 occupancy capacity of at least 200 persons shall have a
12 portable heart defibrillator available on site to assist
13 citizens.".
