style in a Section relating to the supervision of school
construction projects.

1 AN ACT to amend the School Construction Law by changing
2 Section 5-40.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The School Construction Law is amended by
6 changing Section 5-40 as follows:
7 (105 ILCS 230/5-40)
8 Sec. 5-40. Supervision of school construction projects.
9 The Capital Development Board shall exercise general
10 supervision over school construction projects that are
11 financed pursuant to this Article.
