1 AN ACT to amend the Wildlife Code by changing Section
2 1.5.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by changing
6 Section 1.5 as follows:
7 (520 ILCS 5/1.5) (from Ch. 61, par. 1.5)
8 Sec. 1.5. Cooperation with Environmental Protection
9 Agency.
10 The Department is authorized to cooperate with the
11 Environmental Protection Agency of the State of Illinois in
12 making pollution investigations and making reports thereof.
