1 AN ACT to amend the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 by
2 changing Section 1-13.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Juvenile Court Act of 1987 is amended by
6 changing Section 1-13 as follows:
7 (705 ILCS 405/1-13) (from Ch. 37, par. 801-13)
8 Sec. 1-13. No minor assigned to a public or community
9 service program shall be considered an employee for any
10 purpose, nor shall the county board be obligated to provide
11 any compensation to the such minor.
