1 HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its
3 report, dated May 1, 1997, with the Senate, the House of
4 Representatives, and the Secretary of State of Illinois as
5 required by Section 2-3.25g of the School Code; therefore, be
6 it
7 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
8 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
9 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, That the request made by City of
10 Chicago Public School District 299 - Cook with respect to
11 physical education, identified in the report filed by the
12 State Board of Education as request WM197-0515, is
13 disapproved.
