1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The Village of Mokena, Illinois recently honored
3 Trustee Gary Chase with a village resolution; and
4 WHEREAS, Trustee Gary Chase is recognized as having
5 honesty, integrity, loyalty, and a commitment to improving
6 Village government; Gary Chase has contributed a great amount
7 of his own time to secure the well being of Mokena's
8 citizens; and
9 WHEREAS, From 1963 to 1966 and again from 1983 to 1997
10 Gary Chase has proven his ability to make Mokena a great
11 place to live by serving as a Village Trustee; and
12 WHEREAS, Gary Chase served on several Village committees;
13 Gary worked on efforts to improve the infrastructure of
14 Mokena, as well as serving as the Village Ambassador with
15 State and federal Legislators, as well as with other local
16 officials; therefore, be it
17 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
18 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
19 commend Gary Chase, Trustee for the Village of Mokena,
20 Illinois, on his years of service to his community; and be it
21 further
22 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
23 presented to Gary Chase of Mokena, Illinois.
