1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives has been informed of the 100th birthday of
4 Bridget Sheerin; and
5 WHEREAS, She was born in Ireland on January 1, 1898 and
6 was married to the late Joseph Sheerin; and
7 WHEREAS, A resident of Evergreen Park, she is the loving
8 mother of John, William, Collette, and Mary Kay and the proud
9 grandmother of 18 and great-grandmother of 13; and
10 WHEREAS, She has lived through many events in the past
11 100 years and has passed her history along to her children;
12 therefore, be it
13 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
14 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
15 congratulate Bridget Sheerin on her 100th birthday and extend
16 to her our best wishes for the future; and be it further
17 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
18 presented to her with our fondest wishes.
