1 HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 WHEREAS, The members of this Body are honored to
3 recognize significant milestones in the lives of individuals;
4 and
5 WHEREAS, It has come to our attention that Stephanie Broz
6 is retiring from the Illinois Department of Public Health
7 after 25 years of faithful State service; and
8 WHEREAS, She became a registered nurse after graduating
9 from Columbus Hospital School of Nursing 40 years ago; and
10 WHEREAS, She worked for the Department of Mental Health
11 for 10 years and transferred to the Department of Public
12 Health in 1983; and
13 WHEREAS, She and her late husband, Ted, were the loving
14 parents of Sharon, Joe, Denise, Tom, and Bob; she has a
15 granddaughter, Lisa; therefore, be it
16 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
17 NINETIETH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
18 congratulate Stephanie Broz as she retires from the
19 Department of Public Health and take this opportunity to wish
20 her the best in the future; and be it further
21 RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
22 presented to Stephanie Broz.
